What about handling repairs?

We have inhouse and outside vendors. Most of the vendors we use are local licensed tradespeople. The residents have a 24/7 telephone line. We will evaluate if it is an emergency and notify the appropriate vendor.

Some tenants may do a repair after getting approval from our office. Some Landlords prefer to do some repairs and improvements too.
