How long does it take to rent a property?

The answer depends on the time of year and the holiday calendar. The best time to have the rental on the market is between school years.

We can rent properties from May to August 31 in about 3.5 weeks. January to May takes about 5 weeks. During November and December, it could take longer.

The rental period can also be influenced by how many bedrooms there are and how close to activities and transportation.

Our average is under 4 weeks.
