How about non-payment of rent and evictions?

We have never had to do an eviction, thanks to our screening process. Rents are due as per the date on the lease. A notice is sent out on day 6 after a late payment. On day 15 we start the eviction process with a Notice to Quit.

We are on top of all changes to the law. The legal team will guide the process through the courts or rent settlement.

The biggest loss is not paying the legal team, but losing the rent. In MA, The best turn around time is about 2.5 months.
