Here are the top questions that need to be asked:

Ask for a copy of the Management Agreement and Schedule of Fees. You need to understand this and ask questions.
How do you find vacationers? There are a variety of web sites to advertise on. These will have good credit checks and money management.

Do you have enough bedding and towels for your type of service? Airbnb will require you to have more of each than will a weekly rental.
What supplies are there for the vacationer? Did you forget to stock the TP, PT, dish soap, laundry detergent, small size
shampoo, charcoal, and all the other small items that you would expect when renting a house for the week?
Is there a binder with emergency and other local information, maybe some coupons too?
